Laird and Good Company, 1% for the Planet

We are deeply excited to announce that Laird and Good Company has joined 1% for the Planet — an amazing global organization that exists to ensure our planet and future generations thrive. Started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, one percent members have collectively given over $500 million to vetted environmental organizations. Their network consists of thousands of businesses and environmental partners working toward a better future and we are delighted to be a part of this movement.

Laird and Good Company has been accepted as a member based on our ongoing commitment to the environment and our pledge to commit 1% of our annual production gross sales back to our select partners. We know our industry takes a toll on this planet and feel this is our cost for doing business here on earth. We are thrilled to take this new step forward, making a positive impact through collective action and will continue to create programs and initiatives in support of our planet.
